Goal: To address the critical need for clear, accessible communication regarding Federal Court-ordered customer remediation, we implemented a strategy focused on empathetic visual storytelling and multi-language accessibility (including Auslan), resulting in a streamlined solution that prioritized both functionality and aesthetic.
